Cureton on July 4, 1904 in Meridian, Texas at the Old Settlers Reunion and Semi Centennial Celebration of the Organization of Bosque County. This book is available for purchase from the Bosque County Collection.

"Iredell, Texas Historical Highlights" index -  This booklet includes several narratives written by Dr. Donovan Duncan Tidwell, an educator and Methodist preacher, describing the first settler, founding of Iredell, from old Iredell to new Iredell, destruction by the flood of 1887, Iredell's first schools, churches of Iredell, and Johnson Peak. This index was prepared by Roy E. Malone of Granbury, Texas.

The area covered is around the Hanna Crossing of the Bosque River between Meridian, Iredell, and Walnut Springs, Texas. There are an estimated 450 individuals in the index so this may be of help to Bosque County, Texas researchers. This index was prepared by Roy E. Uncle Theo's Scrapbook index -  This book is a collection of newspaper articles from the scrapbook of Thomas Theodore Colwick (1854-1928). The articles were clipped from The Alliance Sun, a very early Meridian newspaper, and portray life in the Norse community from about 1883 to 1891. The original scrapbook material used in compiling this book was provided by Rex Colwick and assembled by Mary Orbeck and Ginger Childress. The index was prepared by Derwood Johnson of Waco, Texas.
